Envoy Murphy in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain — U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Richard W. Murphy arrived in Bahrain on Thursday with a message from President Reagan to the emir, Sheik Isa ibn Salman Khalifa. Murphy is on a tour of Arab states to explain Washington’s position on the Iran-Iraq War.
