Construction begun on Oceanside Senior Project

Construction has started on the Silvercrest Oceanside Residence, a $3.5-million, 69-unit apartment project sponsored by the Salvation Army for low-income Seniors. Designed by Flewelling & Moody, Pasadena, the Oceanside project is scheduled for completion next April.
