NEW YORK — ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN plan live television coverage when Marine Lt. Col. Oliver L. North returns to testify at 6 a.m. PDT today before the congressional Iran- contra committees, and when former National Security Adviser John M. Poindexter testifies later in the week.
