Reagan Feels Vindicated by Inquiry, Daughter Says

WASHINGTON — President Reagan feels vindicated by the testimony of Lt. Col. Oliver L. North before the Iran- contra committees, his daughter said today.
But Maureen Reagan, co-chairman of the Republican National Committee, said she is not retracting previous harsh criticism of North and deposed National Security Adviser John M. Poindexter. “They did things they didn’t tell the President about in certain instances,” she said.
