Firm Manages 2 More Malls

The MaceRich Co., a Santa Monica-based management company, has assumed management and leasing responsibilities of two shopping malls, Inland Center in San Bernardino and Country Club Plaza in Sacramento.
MaceRich owns or manages 13.1 million square feet of space in 13 malls and five community centers in California and Nevada. The complexes under its control generate about $1.7 billion in annual sales.
Inland Center has nearly 901,000 square feet of gross leaseable area, and is anchored by the May Co., Sears and Broadway. Country Club Plaza has 540,000 square feet, and is anchored by Weinstock’s and JC Penney Co.
