Deadline Set for Contest

A Nov. 13 entry deadline has been set for the 1987 Major Achievement in Merchandising Excellence awards, sponsored annually by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
There are 11 categories in this year’s competition, ranging from best landscape design to best overall marketing-communications campaign.
Entries must be sent to the headquarters of the Orange County Building Industry Assn. in Santa Ana. The awards banquet will be held Jan. 30 at the Disneyland Hotel.
