King Way Vote

I was greatly disheartened by the results of the Market Street/Martin Luther King Way vote. While I realize the inconvenience and financial impact on businesses adjusting to a new address, the statement that was so made by honoring a courageous black American was important.
I regret the rescinding of that statement and hope that San Diegans may yet find a public way of honoring Martin Luther King.
