Hutton Development Has 10th Anniversary

Santa Ana-based Hutton Development Co. Inc., best known for its 46-acre Hutton Centre business complex at MacArthur Boulevard and the Newport (55) Freeway in Orange County, has celebrated its 10th anniversary.
Founded by Betty L. Hutton when she liquidated her international oil services contracting firm, Hutton Development is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Tobishima Corp., one of Japan’s leading construction companies. The 105-year-old, publicly traded firm is responsible for such diverse projects as the Tokyo Subway System, Hong Kong’s Mass Transit Railway, the Tokyo Grand Hotel and Hawaii’s 100-acre Kaanapali Airport in Lahaina.
