UCSD Sweeps to Win in Women’s Volleyball

Janet Hughs had 14 kills to lead UC San Diego to a 15-13, 16-14, 15-7 women’s volleyball victory over eighth-ranked Cal State San Bernardino in the championship match of the Dominican College Invitational.
University of San Diego 3, Gonzaga 0--Kris Mitchell had 12 kills to lead USD to a 15-1, 15-10, 15-10 West Coast Athletic Conference victory over Gonzaga (6-22, 3-8). USD is 5-15.
