Not About RVs

The Down the Book Lane column of Sept. 27 presented a review of our book, “Invitation to France,” for which we are most appreciative. Almost all reader comments are positive, but a couple of Book Lane readers bought our book, read a few words about RVs (and fewer words about “quaint little inns and restaurants”), and thought perhaps they had bought the wrong book.
“Invitation to France” is not about RVs or inns or restaurants. It does tell about people we met, enjoyable travel adventures, snippets of history and our enthusiasm for travel through the exciting and beautiful country of France.
