An anonymous donation has pushed the San Diego Museum of Art’s endowment drive $500,000 closer to completion. The contribution puts the total at $5.9 million raised since the campaign began in 1986. Museum officials hope to raise $8 million by 1988, thus increasing the current endowment fund to $16 million.
