Norwalk-La Mirada District Appoints 2 New Principals

Two new principals have been selected by the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. Henry Mothner, a former staff development consultant with the Los Angeles County Office of Education, has been assigned to Johnston Elementary School in Norwalk, replacing Chris Roubidoux, who is the district’s new director of categorical programs. Mothner has a doctorate in policy, planning and administration from USC, and previously was principal of Selaco High School in Downey, a county facility for special education.
