Woman’s Poem Published

A poem by Connie V. Espeleta of Norwalk has been included in the “American Poetry Anthology,” a collection of contemporary poetry published by the American Poetry Assn. of Santa Cruz. The original poem titled “Let Your Joyous Sounds Fill the Chilly Air” has a Christmas theme and was inspired by her grandchildren, she said. Espeleta moved to the United States from the Philippines in 1977. She has four children and seven grandchildren.
