Paris-Bonn Copter Deal

BONN — The budget commission of the West German Parliament on Wednesday approved a plan to produce a new anti-tank helicopter with France.
West German officials said the deal will be signed today when Chancellor Helmut Kohl and President Francois Mitterrand of France meet in Karlsruhe to begin a two-day summit.
