Sandfry’s 19 Lead Chapman Women

Corine Sandfry scored 19 points to lead Chapman College to a 93-67 victory over Humboldt State in a nonconference women’s basketball game Sunday at Arcata.
The Panthers (2-0) were helped by Kim Rieff (15 points), Dana Dawson (14), Karan Polk (13) and Marie Fontaine (11 points, 9 rebounds).
Suzi Farmer led Humboldt (0-1) with 15 points.
