Gutierrez, Benavides Lead All-Century Team in Cross-Country

El Modena High School’s Rene Gutierrez was named the boys’ most valuable player and Santa Ana Valley’s Maricela Benavides was named the girls’ MVP for cross-country in the Century League by a vote of the league’s coaches.
El Modena’s Tom Weber was selected the coach of the year for boys, and Santa Ana Valley’s George Payan was selected the girl’s coach of the year.
