Iran Missile Hits Decoy Barge

MANAMA, Bahrain — Iran fired a Silkworm missile toward a Kuwait oil terminal today but instead struck a decoy barge protecting the offshore facility near where the U.S. Navy has permission to establish a floating base.

Western diplomats said the barge was one of several reflector-equipped vessels placed around Sea Island a few weeks after it was hit.
