Senate Approves Envoy

WASHINGTON — The Senate, as one of its last acts before recessing for the Christmas holidays, this week approved by voice vote the nomination of Henry Anatole Grunwald, retiring editor-in-chief of Time Inc., to be ambassador to Austria.
