The former owner and general manager of a Valencia company were indicted Friday on charges that they inflated claims to the government for subcontracts granted by Rockwell International for work on the B-1 bomber.
Robert Butler, former owner of Butler Industries, and Steven Wooten, the firm’s general manager, were charged in a nine-count federal indictment with conspiracy, making false claims and making false statements.
