Army Private Accused of Offering Pipe Bombs

DALEVILLE, Ala. — Federal authorities charged a soldier Friday with two weapons violations after he allegedly tried to sell 14 pipe bombs loaded with nails to undercover agents.
Army Pvt. Dustin F. Willis, 20, of Daleville, was charged with possession and transfer of explosive devices not registered to him under federal firearms law.
