Promoter Frank Warren has canceled International Boxing Federation light-heavyweight champion Charles Williams’ title defense against Briton Tom Collins Feb. 20 in Windsor, England, because of a dispute over the bout’s length. The IBF will sanction only 15-round bouts, and the British Boxing Board of Control will allow only a 12-round distance.
