Texas Air Corp. said it will match discount fare increases recently announced by other airlines. The move is significant, because Texas Air’s pricing policies often affect fares at other carriers. Last week most major carriers, led by USAir Group Inc., said they would raise discount, or Maxsaver, fares $10. Texas Air, however, did not immediately go along.
