Local News in Brief : Anaheim : Two Used Motorcycles Go to Training Academy

The city of Anaheim has donated two used police motorcycles to the Motorcycle Training Academy at Golden West College in Huntington Beach.
The motorcycles, valued at about $900 each, will be used as backups when others used in training need repairs.
The nonprofit academy is part of the Criminal Justice Training Center, where many Anaheim police officers are trained, according to Sheri Erlewine, a spokeswoman for the city.
