Tustin Business Center Slated for July Completion

A July completion is scheduled for the 120,037-square-foot second phase of 3002 Dow Business Center, developed by Bedford Properties in Tustin.
R. B. Allen Group, Tustin, is the leasing agent for the $20-million development, designed by Himes-Peter-Mason Architects Inc. The 72,088-square-foot first phase is more than 59% leased, according to a spokeswoman at Allen.
