Local News in Brief : La Palma : Police Seek Man Who Robbed Bank of $600

A lone robber held up the Capital Bank at 4875 La Palma Ave. Monday afternoon and escaped with $600, police said.
The man reportedly stepped up to a teller and demanded money, according to Wendy Winkelbauer, a spokeswoman for the Police Department.
Although no weapon was seen, the man indicated that he had a gun, Winkelbauer said. No one was injured, and the robber left the bank on foot, Winkelbauer said.
