Philippine Pirates Kill 15

DIPOLOG, Philippines — Pirates killed 15 crewmen in an attack on a fishing trawler in the southern Philippines earlier this week, the military said Thursday. Five more fishermen were believed drowned after jumping overboard in the attack Monday off the coastal town of Sibuco in Zamboanga del Norte province, Lt. Col. Eduardo Mana-ay told reporters.
