Clayton M. Jones has been named vice president-aerospace government affairs and marketing at Rockwell International’s government operations office in Washington. Jones, 39, previously was director-government relations at the company’s North American Aircraft unit in Washington. Rockwell is based in El Segundo. The appointment is consistent with the company’s earlier announcement of consolidation its North American Aircraft and North American Space Operations into a newly formed Aerospace Operations unit.
