Sithe Energies has completed the acquisition of Energy Factors of San Diego. Sithe accomplished the acquisition through a tender offer of $8.25 a share for all Energy Factors stock. Energy Factors, which has become Sithe’s wholly owned subsidiary, is a cogeneration power company.
