Group Increases Its Holdings in Company

A group including Boston-based FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Ltd. has raised its stake in Culver City-based Information International Inc. to 19.1%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The group bought 47,600 shares from May 13 to May 19 at prices ranging from $12.44 to $12.57 each.
