Latinos and the Lottery

His article says Latinos are too stupid to know the odds. That this one ethnic, peasant group must be protected from its lack of judgment and good sense to the extent of denying everyone in the state the opportunity to play the lottery. Gamboa does all Latinos a disservice by his demeaning and insulting article.
Latinos do not require the protection of a Big Brother, who this man evidently aspires to be.
