Larry Stewart continues to be fooled by Tom Heinsohn’s vocal style, while ignoring his substance. Laker fans are more sophisticated now. They no longer hate Tommy because for at least three years he has been the best basketball commentator doing the pros, regardless of how his sentences are diagrammed.
