Kenneth R. Dickerson has been named senior vice president-government affairs at Atlantic Richfield Co., Los Angeles. Dickerson, 52, previously was a vice president and general tax officer at Arco. He continues as general tax officer. Dickerson succeeds Willard T. Chamberlain, 59, as senior vice president. Chamberlain has elected to retire early next year.
