The body of a man was found by a group of young hikers about 2 p.m. Thursday at the base of cliff at the westerly end of the Street of the Green Lantern, authorities said.
Orange County Coroner’s Deputy Ted Sullivan said the age and identity of the man could not be released until his family has been notified.
Cause of death had not been determined, but Sullivan said foul play is not suspected. Although the body was found on the shore, near the cliff, Sullivan said the man did not appear to have drowned.
