El Salvadorans and a Honduran, among 50 people rescued from an overheated locked boxcar, were transported to a South Texas detention center for deportation proceedings, authorities said. The illegal aliens were pulled from the locked boxcar of a Houston-bound freight train when it stopped at the Kingsville, Tex., freight yard Sunday morning as temperatures inside the car soared to 130 degrees, authorities said. Border Patrol officials said 34 El Salvadorans, one Honduran and 15 Mexicans were found in the boxcar. Five aliens were discovered in other parts of the train. The Mexicans found in the locked car were released in Matamoros, Mexico, officials said.
