Oman Envoy Named

WASHINGTON — President Reagan announced today he is nominating Richard Wood Boehm, a career diplomat, to succeed George Cranwell Montgomery as ambassador to Oman. Boehm, 62, is currently diplomat-in-residence and visiting professor at Howard University.
