Xerox Centre’s Phase 1, a 15-story office building that is part of the three-phase, $200-million Xerox Centre office complex, has opened in Santa Ana’s Parkcenter area, between 1st and 4th streets.
Developed under the banner of Birtcher Xerox Partners, which consists of Birtcher Equities and Xerox Realty Corp., all three phases of the project have been designed by McLarand, Vasquez & Partners Inc. of Costa Mesa and Strock Architects of Newport Beach.
The Phase 1 building, on which ground was broken in May, 1987, will offer 319,227 square feet of office space, 7,700 square feet of retail space and a multilevel parking facility.
Located on 10.6 acres at the former site of the regional headquarters of Allstate Insurance, Xerox Centre is situated near the intersection of the Santa Ana (5) and Newport Beach (55) freeways.
Completion of all three phases is targeted for 1992.
