Toys R Us Inc. has announced that its president and chief operating officer, Norman Ricken, will retire effective March 15. Two newly elected directors, Michael Goldstein and Robert C. Nakasone, will assume Ricken’s duties. The two also have been named vice chairmen. Charles Lazarus remains chairman and chief executive. Ricken is retiring to pursue other interests but will remain a director.
