Mary Star Has New Head Football Coach

Jimmy Gasso, a former assistant coach at Harbor College and Long Beach State, has been named the head football coach at Mary Star High in San Pedro.
Gasso replaces Jerry Aguilar, who resigned under pressure after last season, said Mary Star Athletic Director Bob Thompson. Aguilar is now an assistant under new Harbor College coach Don Weems.
