Rev. Cyrus Nelson, 80, a Southland Evangelical leader and president of the Gospel Light Publishing Co., a Ventura-based firm that specializes in Christian literature. Nelson was a Presbyterian minister who was active in Christian musical circles in Los Angeles in the 1930s before assuming the publications position. In Glendale on June 2.
