Tracy-Locke to Buy Stake in Firm: The ad agency Tracy-Locke/Los Angeles reported that it had agreed in principle to acquire a minority interest in Michel/Russo, a newly formed consulting firm that specializes in entertainment marketing. Dan Michel, who is president of the Los Angeles office of Tracy-Locke, is also president of the consulting firm. He was formerly president of marketing at Columbia Pictures, and partner Howard Russo was senior vice president of advertising there. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
