Robert W. Mueller has been promoted to president of the Loral Electro-Optical Systems division of Loral Corp. Mueller, 52, replaces Jack Davis, who left the company to pursue other career interests. Mueller joined Loral as vice president-business development in May, 1988. LEOS, which is based in Pasadena, specializes in airborne infrared countermeasures, tactical engagement simulation systems and spacecraft electronics and optical equipment.
