Talks on Reservations System Reported: Texas Air Corp. was reported to be negotiating with the aim of selling its System One computer reservations system to Electronic Data Systems Corp., a subsidiary of General Motors Corp. Neither company would comment on the report in the Wall Street Journal, but the newspaper quoted unidentified sources as saying the talks are in an advanced stage and that the price is likely to be between $300 million and $400 million. Roger Still, a spokesman for Dallas-based EDS characterized the report as “rumors.”
