Liberty National Bank of Huntington Beach posted net earnings of $498,455 for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, an increase of 78% from the $279,451 reported for the comparable period last year. The bank’s year-to-date net earnings were $1.2 million, 70% higher than the $690,862 reported at the end of the third quarter last year. Total assets reached $125.1 million, a 15% increase from last year’s $108.6 million.
