LIVE Entertainment Inc. has named Melvin A. Wilmore president and chief executive of its specialty retail group. He will take responsibility for Strawberries Records, Tapes & CDs, based in Milford, Mass. Wilmore has most recently been president and part owner of the 50-store Alberts Hosiery chain, which was sold earlier this year to Park Lane Hosiery. chief operating officer of the Zale Jewelry Store division.
