William K. Coors, chairman of Adolph Coors Co., has been elected president, succeeding Jeffrey H. Coors. The company said the change was made to allow Jeff Coors, Pete Coors and Joe Coors Jr., to devote their time to their respective business units: Coors Technology Co., Coors Brewing Co. and Coors Ceramics Co.
