Security Pacific Official Is New President of Mitsui

Jerry W. Johnston, executive vice president of Security Pacific Corp., has been named president and chief operating officer of Mitsui Manufacturers Bank.
The appointment came as Security Pacific and Tokyo-based Mitsui Bank Ltd. signed a final agreement for Security Pacific to buy 20% of Mitsui Manufacturers, Los Angeles, for $38 million.
