Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.: The Pasadena-based firm announced that profit for the 1989 fiscal year was up 56% over the previous year to $10.2 million on revenue of $793.6 million. Fourth-quarter net income was $3.2 million on revenue of $208.9 million, an increase of 88% from the 1988 period. The company, which does engineering and construction for environmental industries, petrochemical and mining firms and semiconductor businesses, said earnings growth reflected generally strong conditions for those sectors. Included in the quarterly results was $450,000 from the sale of unused real estate.
