DANA POINT : Chamber Planning Turkey Trot Race

The Dana Point Chamber of Commerce’s 12th Annual Turkey Trot 10-kilometer race will be held Thanksgiving Day, starting at 8 a.m. at the Street of the Golden Lantern and Dana Point Harbor Drive.
Runners will pass the marina, Doheny State Park, the Orange County Marine Institute and the historic Californian, a tall ship moored in Dana Point harbor.
Registration for the race is $15 before Nov. 17 and $18 thereafter. Registration forms may be obtained by calling (714) 496-4888 or 496-1555.
In addition to the 10-K race, a 10-K walk, called the Harborside Stride, also will begin at 8 a.m. A 2-kilometer event will begin at 9 a.m.
