Tony Tubbs, former World Boxing Assn. heavyweight champion, will face Orlin Norris for the North American Boxing Federation heavyweight championship at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on Nov. 21.
Tubbs, 30, has a 28-2 record with 17 knockouts, and Norris, 24, is 22-1 with nine knockouts.
