Clarence Martis of El Sobrante has informed his employer not to expect him back to work Tuesday--or ever, for that matter. Martis, 32, said he plans to retire after winning Saturday’s $1-million jackpot in the California Lottery’s “Big Spin.” “I’m not working anymore,” said the new millionaire, formerly an accounts officer for Qantas Airways.
